How long have you been watching the show? What do you love about it? Been watching 'live' since mid season 6. What I love about it is that while it's a serious show with a serious tone, it doesn't take itself too...seriously? Favourite Character(s) : I relate the most to Dean...I really like Mary as well, and of course Sam and Cas. Ships, if any: Dean/Cas, pretty solidly. Jody/Bobby and Karen/Bobby, both...and I'm really liking Sam/Amelia so far from what we've seen. Favourite Episodes/Season: Season, probably 4. Episode...probably split between "The End", "On the Head of a Pin", and...(whispers) I really liked "Hollywood Babylon". Favourite Moments and Quotes: The opening to "On the Head of a Pin" is probably my most favorite bit of television almost ever. I just really love the way the entire scene was shot. Spoiler Policy: On both my LJ and my tumblr spoilers I try to mark all spoilers so no one inadvertently sees them if they don't want to, but I sorta love them.
Other interests and/or fandoms: Other fandoms...way back in the day I was involved with Buffy (still adore the show, not really involved in the fandom anymore). Also Alice in Wonderland (all versions), Pride and Prejudice (more observer than participant)...fandoms tend to sneak up on me, and are pretty random. Favorite TV Shows: Being Erica, Buffy, I loved Daria when it aired...SNL... I was into Smallville for a while (admittedly I was more into Justin Hartley than the show *shrug*)...other than that, I have a fierce love for soap operas. 'My show' right now is General Hospital, but I'm still not over the cancellation of One Life to Live, and I grew up watching DOOL. Favorite Movies: French Kiss, Anne of Green Gables, Roman Holiday, Four Brothers, Wayne's World, The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland (just about every version) Favorite Books: The Hollows series by Kim Harrison, Sunshine by Robin McKinley, Dies the Fire by SM Stirling, and I'm sure this will be a surprise--Pride and Prejudice. (lol) Favorite Music: My favorite band right now is Drive By Truckers...I also like The Dead Weather, Neil Young, Guns N Roses...I like a smattering of a lot of things, but those are the artists I reach for again and again.
What do you post about? Here on LJ, mostly fanfic, although I've been thinking about working in a few other subjects once again. On tumblr, I reblog a lot of pretty pictures and sometimes ramble about SPN Journal Status and Friending Policy: Anything personal is friend-locked, but I'm pretty easygoing about friending, and usually friend back.
